Milina Company is looking for a Bakery Technologist responsible for organizing and monitoring technological production processes, maintaining quality standards and optimizing recipes to ensure a safe and competitive finished product.
Development, adjustment and optimization of production recipes
• Monitoring and controlling product quality at all stages of production
• Supervision of compliance with technological processes and sanitary standards
• Checking the quality of raw materials used in production
• Working with technological documentation and quality standards
• Implementation and compliance with HACCP, GOST, ISO standards
• Optimization of production processes for increased efficiency and quality
• Monitoring the correct functioning of production equipment
Specialized studies in the field
• Knowledge of bakery product production processes
• Knowledge of the characteristics and properties of raw materials
• Knowledge of sanitary regulations and quality standards
• Experience in the field is an advantage (1–3 years)
