Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments to understand a child's emotional and behavioral state. This may involve cognitive, emotional, and behavioral tests;

  • Diagnosing disorders;

  • Individual or group counseling;

  • Knowledge in family counseling, behavioral therapy;

  • Often working with parents to help them understand and manage their children's behaviors and needs. Providing parenting advice and developing strategies to improve the parent-child relationship;

  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers, doctors, and social workers, to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to child care.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology; Advanced studies in the field of psychology/educational psychology; Communication skills; Assessment competencies; Knowledge of child development; Professional ethics; Collaboration skills; Fluency in Romanian and Russian; Professional development.
