Responsibilities
Identification of potential properties that are available for sale or rent;
Active search for properties that meet client requirements;
Negotiation and intermediation of agreements between buyers and sellers or between tenants and property owners;
Management of documents and formalities required to complete the transaction;
Organization and facilitation of property viewings for interested clients;
Providing detailed information about the characteristics and conditions of the properties.
Requirements
Motivation and determination in achieving established sales objectives;
Ability to make extra efforts to successfully close transactions;
Willingness to work flexibly and travel to view properties or meet with clients;
Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
