Manage and update the CRM database, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer and property information.
Coordinate the publication and promotion of real estate ads on digital platforms and internal systems.
Track customer interactions, record feedback, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Analyze ad performance and optimize marketing strategies to attract more potential buyers.
Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure all listings are complete and updated in real time.

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management or real estate. Solid knowledge of using CRM systems and online publishing platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
Romanian and Russian at working level.

Salary of 450–1,000 EUR/month.
