We offer you a flow of clients, full legal support and a commission of up to 70%, and you bring the results.
Clear working conditions:

• Income: Up to 70% commission from transactions (no fixed salary). Continuous flow of clients + the opportunity to form your own base. Exit to transactions from the first month of work.

• Infrastructure: Office in the center of Chisinau (45 Alexandru Bernardazzi Street), CRM system, strong marketing and legal department ready to accompany your contracts.

• Dress code: Classic / business style.
  What will you do:

  • You will work with the incoming customer flow and the company's object base.

  • You will independently search for new clients, make cold calls, and expand your personal portfolio of items.

  • You will conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, and close deals.

  • You will organize viewings and presentations of objects at a high level.

  • You will accompany the sales-purchase process from the first contact until receiving the commission.

• Experience in sales or real estate - mandatory.

• Owning your own car is an advantage (but not mandatory).

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.

• Mobility, flexibility and a high level of self-discipline.

• Preparation to work with the cold base and the ability to directly influence your income.
