• Communicate with customers and identify their needs.

• Search and analyze real estate properties.

• Conduct business negotiations with sellers and buyers.

• Conduct object showings and presentations.

• Conclude contracts and support transactions.

• Minimal experience in sales, service or working with people is required.

• Proficiency in Russian and Romanian.

• High self-discipline, mobility and flexibility.

• Having a personal car will be a plus, but it is not a requirement.

• Income: High percentage of transactions (without salary). Achieve an income of 20,000 MDL or more within the first few months of work.

• Training from scratch: Free introductory training.

• Infrastructure: Office in the center of Chisinau (45 Alexandru Bernardazzi Street), CRM system, ready-made database and legal support.

• Dress code: Classic / business style.
  Those who have at least minimal experience in sales or communication with clients (in any field).
