Job description

Responsibilities

  • Continuous prospecting and market knowledge;

  • Assisting clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process;

  • Promoting properties and finding the most suitable buyer;

  • Organizing time and work, diligent use of a customer database management system (CRM);

  • Maintaining connections and relationships with the client portfolio;

  • Ongoing development through education – both provided by the RE/MAX network as well as self-learning, networking, reading, seminars, and also through on-the-ground experience, with the support of our team;

  • You will close transactions and earn substantial commissions commensurate with the effort you put in.

Requirements

  • Are not satisfied with little;

  • are ready to conquer the real estate market through hard work, perseverance, and determination;

  • are dedicated and ambitious;

  • possess strong communication, socializing, and presentation skills;

  • previous experience in entrepreneurship and/or sales is an advantage.
