Responsibilities
What do you do on a typical day? 10:00 – Start of the Day
Plan your day: check appointments, emails, and messages from clients.
Call potential buyers or sellers to confirm meetings.
Check and update the listings in your portfolio.
10:30 – Organization and Promotion
Post ads for apartments, houses, commercial spaces, etc.
Prepare descriptions and visual materials (photos/videos) for online presentations.
Look for new listings and enter them into the system.
12:00 – Active Communication
Advise clients in choosing the right property.
Discuss with owners about price, documentation, and conditions.
Prepare personalized sales strategies.
14:00 – Presentations and Site Visits
Meet with clients for viewings at scheduled locations.
Present properties, answer questions, and offer honest advice.
Move quickly between locations – that's why a driver's license and personal car are a major advantage.
16:30 – Negotiations and Finalization
Help clients reach an agreement and participate in negotiations.
Collaborate with the notary, bank, and other involved parties.
Guide the client through to signing the contract.
18:00 – End of the Day
Respond to any final messages.
Prepare the plan for the next day.
Analyze your results and learn from each experience. Proceed to the scheduled presentations
Requirements
