Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Promotion and sale of real estate properties from the company's portfolio.

  2. Organization and participation in meetings with clients, conducting viewings and negotiations.

  3. Establishing trusting relationships with clients, providing professional consultations and individual solutions.

  4. Updating the database with information on real estate and potential clients.

  5. Meeting sales targets and providing reports to management.

Requirements

  1. Experience in sales or real estate will be an advantage.

  2. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

  3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel for client meetings.

  5. Must have a category B driver's license and own transport.

  6. Proactivity, professionalism, and customer focus.
