Presenting and promoting real estate properties from the company’s portfolio;

Developing one’s own portfolio with real estate properties;

Researching and scouting the market competition;

Negotiating terms of cooperation (with the new client);

Assisting clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process;

Systematically entering information into the database provided by the company.

Completed higher education;

Minimum 1 year experience in sales;

Fluent in Romanian and Russian;

Sales and negotiation skills;

Very good PC operating knowledge;

Driver's license, category B;

Own car.
