Presenting and promoting the real estate properties in the company's portfolio;

Developing one's own portfolio with real estate properties;

Researching and scouting the market competition;

Negotiating terms of cooperation (with the new client);

Assisting clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process;

Systematically entering information into the company-provided database;

Higher education completed;

Minimum 1 year experience in sales;

Fluent in both Romanian and Russian;

Strong sales and negotiation skills;

Proficient computer skills;

Driver’s license, category B;

Own a car.
