Job description

Responsibilities

  • Management of the customer database;

  • Promotion and marketing of properties;

  • Organizing real estate showings;

  • Facilitating transactions (legal aspects will be handled by a specialist to save the agent's time);

  • Advising and consulting with clients and finalizing contracts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Sales and negotiation skills;

  • Excellent communication abilities;

  • Very good PC operating knowledge.
