Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities Prospecting & outreach Approaching potential customers on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email and phone Identifying relevant leads through social selling tools

Updating the CRM with the status of discussions and tracking follow-ups

Offer presentation

Writing clear and persuasive business proposals

Explaining the benefits of our media products in phone calls/video/meetings

Collaborating with the editorial team to adapt advertising solutions to client needs

Monitoring results and preparing rapid reports.

Requirements

The profile we are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer support or account management (media or advertising - an advantage)

Excellent communication skills in Romanian (written & spoken); English is an advantage

Comfort in working with social networks, email marketing tools and CRM

Proactive attitude, impeccable organization and result orientation

Friendly voice on the phone and copywriting talent for short and compelling sales messages
