Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the team's activity and monitoring the fulfillment of sales plans;

  • Motivating the team and organizing training for the development of professional skills.

  • Carrying out visits for employee evaluation and training;

  • Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management;

  • Ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience;

  • Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities;

  • Experience in preparing reports and sales planning.

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

Personal qualities:

  • Organization and results orientation;

  • Ability to inspire the team and resolve conflict situations;

  • Proactive attitude in solving tasks;

  • Flexibility and openness to change.
