• Identifying sales opportunities and managing objections in the negotiation process.

• Negotiating commercial and contractual terms and conditions with customers.

• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract conclusion and service activation.

• Maintaining and developing long-term professional relationships with existing clients.

• Documenting and updating all interactions, activities and transactions in the CRM system.

• Tracking commercial results, performance indicators and sales goals.

• Identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions to streamline the recruitment process.

• Actively managing leads and making follow-up calls to increase conversion rate.

• Achieving and exceeding individual and commercial goals set by the company.
  Qualifying leads and organizing meetings between potential customers and sales managers

• Efficiently manage data in CRM and maintain an updated workflow

• Active follow-up and maintaining constant contact with clients to promote company events

• Collecting feedback from customers and transmitting it to relevant departments

• Contributing to optimizing sales processes and scripts to improve results.
