• Greeting customers and assessing their needs

• Presenting the product range (sofas, armchairs, corner pieces) and customization options (materials, colors, finishes)

• Advising on dimensions, ergonomics, and maintenance of upholstered furniture

• Preparing commercial offers and orders in the ERP system

• Monitoring the order status and communicating with the customer regarding delivery times

• Arranging and attractively displaying products in the showroom

• Collaborating closely with the design, logistics, and assembly team for "turnkey" deliveries

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented and attentive to details

• Basic PC knowledge: MS Office and CRM systems

• Ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously

• Neat presentation and professional attitude

• Desire for development and continuous learning
