Home products company (fireplaces) is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to provide customers with a professional experience and contribute to increasing sales.
Customer consultation in the showroom and online (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Product presentation and promotion
Identifying customer needs and providing the right solutions
Preparing offers and completing sales
Basic level operation (CRM / 1C)
Maintaining customer relationships and attracting new customers
Inventory monitoring and warehouse collaboration
Participation in inventory and promotional campaigns
Sales experience – an advantage
Romanian language – fluent, Russian language – intermediate level, English is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
PC skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP – basic/intermediate level)
Positive attitude, energy and desire to develop

Fixed salary: 15,000 lei NET + Quarterly bonuses:
- 5,000 lei for exceeding the plan by 10%
- 10,000 lei for exceeding the plan by 20%
