Responsibilities
- Receive incoming requests (calls, messages, forms);
- Consult clients, identify their needs, present services;
- Prepare commercial proposals and guide the client through to the transaction;
- Conduct outgoing communications (follow-ups, clarifications, active leads);
- Work with CRM and interact with PPC and web development teams.
Requirements
- Experience in digital or B2B sales (US market is a plus);
- English C1+ is required;
- Ability to negotiate, build relationships, and close deals
- Understanding of digital marketing and US specifics is an advantage;
- High self-organization and focus on results.
