Responsibilities
Monitoring the real estate market to identify trends and new opportunities.
Identifying and contacting potential clients interested in selling, buying, or renting real estate properties;
Advising clients in the process of purchasing or selling real estate properties;
Negotiating and finalizing real estate transactions.
Requirements
Previous sales experience is preferable, but not mandatory—we provide training and continuous development courses;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Results-oriented and optimistic thinking;
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in the real estate industry;
Having a driver's license and own car is an advantage, but not necessary.
