Job description

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:

    1. The customer submits a request, and the system automatically connects them with an operator.

    2. The operator advises the customer about the products using a script (scenario, translated into Italian).

    3. The operator suggests additional products to the customer.

    4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form, and then finalizes the order.

Requirements

  • · Proficiency in ITALIAN (level B2);

    · Communicative, tactful, positive attitude for client interactions;

    · Politeness, coherent speech, stress resistance;

    · Ability to work in a team;

    · Experience in sales is a plus, but if not, a willingness to learn – we will help you!

    · Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headset, high-speed internet (5 MB/s both ways).

    · Maintaining a quiet background.

    · Motivated to earn a lot of money!
