Job description

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:

    1. The customer submits a request, and the system automatically connects them with an operator.

    2. The operator advises the customer on products using a script (scenario, translated into Spanish)

    3. The operator offers additional products to the customer.

    4. The operator records the customer's information and delivery details in the order form, and then finalizes the order.

Requirements

  • · Knowledge of SPANISH language (level B2);

    · Communicativeness, tact, and a positive attitude for client interactions;

    · Politeness, coherent expression, stress resilience;

    · Ability to work in a team;

    · Experience in sales is a plus, but if not present and there's a willingness to learn – we will help!

    · Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s both ways).

    · Maintaining a quiet background.

    · Motivation to earn a lot of money!
