Responsibilities
• Organizing and coordinating the activity in the trading floor;
• Delegation of tasks to employees;
• Managing freight orders;
• Resolving situations that arise in the store;
• Monitoring compliance with work standards and internal processes.
Requirements
• Experience in retail (experience as a Senior Cashier is an advantage);
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
• PC operating skills (MS Office);
• Team organization and coordination skills.
