Responsibilities
Promotion and sale of cosmetology products and equipment from the company's portfolio.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients (clinics, beauty salons, cosmetologists).
Identifying new market opportunities and attracting new customers.
Presenting products and providing basic demonstrations/training.
Negotiating commercial offers and concluding contracts.
Tracking revenue and sales goals.
Close collaboration with the marketing team for campaigns and special offers.
Requirements
Experience working with CRM
Previous sales experience (preferably in the aesthetics, beauty or medical field).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Spirit of initiative and results orientation.
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage.
Category B driving license (advantage).
Availability to travel to clients.
