Responsibilities
· Receiving and promptly processing incoming orders from clients (B2B and retail);
· Consulting clients on coffee assortment and terms of cooperation (by phone and in messengers);
· Processing incoming requests/searching for new clients and maintaining correspondence with clients;
· Maintaining primary documentation, coordinating shipments from the warehouse;
Maintaining order and providing life support for a cozy office in Ryşkanivka.
Requirements
· Mandatory fluency in Romanian and Russian (oral and written);
· Experience in a similar position (office manager, order acceptance operator, customer support manager) is welcome;
· Confident PC user, knowledge of office programs;
· Literate speech, politeness, customer focus and attention to detail;
Interest in the coffee industry will be an advantage.
