B2B Sales Manager at a Distribution Company.

Responsibility

  • B2B sales to existing partners. Managing the existing customer base as well as identifying new customers;

  • Meeting sales and collection targets, as well as achieving the company's objectives;

  • Enhancing and increasing personal efficiency as well as that of partners in management;

  • Continually growing the market share in the respective sector;

  • Conducting client analysis; Reports;

  • Identifying issues and presenting corresponding solutions;

  • Consistently representing the company and its interests everywhere.

Obligations

  • Has communication and persuasion skills;

  • Is results-oriented;

  • Fluent in both Russian and Romanian languages - BOTH LANGUAGES MANDATORY;

  • Possesses advanced PC knowledge (MS OFFICE with a focus on Excel, 1C, etc.);

  • Has higher education in the field of management, economy, marketing;

  • Has experience in the B2B sector;

  • Understands negotiation techniques and tactics;

  • Has analytical and strategic thinking skills in the sales sector;
