Responsibilities
Managing and developing relationships with existing customers;
Identifying and attracting new customers;
Negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts;
Achieving sales objectives: meeting monthly and annual targets;
Market and competition analysis.
Preparation of commercial offers;
Monitoring receipts and managing customer debts;
Promoting the company's brands and products to customers, presenting the latest items and highlighting their benefits.
Verifying product positioning according to merchandising strategies;
Implementation of promotions and on-shelf marketing materials;
Collaborating with store representatives to optimize exposure.
Requirements
Solid experience and knowledge in B2B sales;
Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
Strong result orientation;
Mandatory knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Advanced PC skills (MS Office, 1C);
Analytical thinking and strategic approach in sales;
Experience in a similar position – an advantage;
Higher education in management, economics or marketing - an advantage.
