Responsibilities
-Promotion and development of the brand in the assigned region
-Maintaining and expanding the customer network – distributors, retail, and HoReCa
-Negotiating commercial terms and managing partnership relationships
-Monitoring field execution: deliveries, displays, promotional materials
-Organizing tastings, presentations, and local promotional campaigns
-Reporting and periodic analysis of the market and competition
Requirements
-Experience in direct sales (B2B and B2C) in the FMCG sector, preferably in the alcohol, beverages, beer, premium wines segments
-Solid knowledge of the local market and distribution networks
-Availability for regular travel within the territory
-Must have a category B driver's license
-Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage
-Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
