Job description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategy at national and regional level;

  • Coordination of the team of sales agents and area managers;

  • Identifying new markets, partners and business opportunities;

  • Monitoring commercial objectives and performance indicators (KPI);

  • Developing sustainable relationships with B2B and retail customers;

  • Collaborating with marketing, production and logistics departments to optimize

  • the sales process;

  • Analyzing market trends and proposing competitive strategies;

  • Participation in trade fairs and events.

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in the furniture, interior design or design materials industry ;

  • You have a solid portfolio of B2B customers , distributors or furniture store chains;

  • You have in-depth knowledge of furniture market trends and consumer behavior;

  • You are a person with strategic vision and the ability to implement long-term growth plans;

  • You have experience in coordinating sales teams.
