Responsibilities

  • Reply to messages: Manage customer messages quickly and professionally

  • Customer communication: Call customers and answer incoming calls

  • Online consultations: Offer online consultations for existing and potential clients

  • Office Sales: Support and management of direct sales at the office

  • Product Verification: Ensure the quality and correctness of products before delivery

  • Goods Release: Supervise delivery to customers or couriers

  • Primary sales records: Maintain records and update the management system

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks

  • Knowledge of sales software and AWB systems (advantage)

  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
