Continuous monitoring of alarm systems and security equipment;

Responding to emergency calls and managing alarm situations, including the coordination of the response team;

Recording and documenting incidents and alarms in internal systems;

Effective communication with clients to provide information and assistance in case of emergencies;

Regular checking and testing of alarm systems to ensure optimal functioning.

Previous experience in a similar dispatcher role or in the security field is an advantage;

Excellent communication and coordination skills;

Ability to work under pressure and make quick and accurate decisions;

Basic knowledge of alarm systems and security equipment;
