Hold Moldovan citizenship and have a domicile within its territory;

Be at least 18 years old;

Possess the state language;

Have the necessary qualifications for the position they are applying for;

Be medically fit and psychologically recommended for the respective position;

Not have been finally convicted of committing crimes, be under criminal investigation, or have been relieved of criminal responsibility based on the grounds indicated in Art. 53 of the Criminal Code;

Not have been dismissed from a public or special status public function within the last 5 years due to work discipline violations;

Not be deprived of the right to hold certain positions or exercise certain activities by a final court decision;

Not be a member of a political party or a social-political organization;

Not be prohibited from holding a public office or public dignity based on a finding by the National Integrity Authority.
