Holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova and has a domicile within its territory;

Has reached the age of 18;

Has proficiency in the official language;

Possesses the appropriate education for the position for which they are applying;

Is medically fit and psychologically recommended for the respective position;

Has not been finally convicted of committing crimes, is not under criminal investigation, and has not been exempted from criminal liability based on the provisions of Art. 53 of the Criminal Code;

Has not been dismissed from office as a result of being declared unfit professionally and has not been fired, in the last 5 years, from a public or special public function for breach of work discipline;

Is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to perform certain activities by a final court decision;

Is not a member of a party or a social-political organization;

Does not have the prohibition of holding a public office or public dignity, resulting from a finding by the National Integrity Authority;

Secondary education, cycle II: high school education or equivalent – secondary technical vocational education (3 years).

At least 1 year of experience within the penitentiary administration system.

- to know the number and category of prisoners they supervise and identify those in the risk group.
