About the role
Our company is in the process of accelerated development and is looking for an Operations Director to ensure the structuring, streamlining and scaling of operations at the organizational level.
The Operations Director will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the company's operational activities, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives. The role involves both operational management and active contribution to organizational development.
You will have a direct impact on the company's results and work closely with all departments to ensure efficiency, discipline and continued growth.
Main responsibilities
Coordinates and supervises the activity of the departments: Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Call Center and CRM
Ensures implementation and compliance with internal processes and operational standards
Monitors performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposes corrective actions
Analyze operational flows and identify efficiency opportunities
Optimize the sales funnel (lead → presentation → deposit → contract)
Collaborate with management to define and implement growth strategy
Coordinates organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives
Contributes to the development of the management team and the creation of a performance-oriented culture
Candidate profile
Relevant experience in operational management / sales / business development
Advanced planning, organizing and controlling skills
Decision-making ability in dynamic environments
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Firm but balanced leadership
Experience working with performance indicators and scalable processes
Analytical spirit and solution orientation
Effective communication and collaboration orientation
Fixed salary: 2000 EUR + Bonuses directly correlated to company performance (no cap)
