Main responsibilities (formulated exactly for the type of person you are looking for) 1. Complete operational management
You control the daily activity of the teams: agents, call center, CRM, marketing.
You ensure that every process moves forward without blockages.
You impose rhythm, discipline, and speed throughout the company.
Verify the implementation of procedures and correct any deviations.
2. Growth and development
You immediately identify what's not working and come up with concrete solutions.
Optimize internal processes for faster sales and better results.
Develop the company structure: teams, procedures, pipelines.
3. Daily operational control
Check the CRM: statuses, tasks, follow-ups, blocked leads.
You analyze the activity of the agents, the quality of communication, the speed of responses.
You monitor leads and make sure nothing gets lost.
You ensure that agents and the call center follow processes.
4. People management
Daily meetings with teams.
Feedback, discipline, corrections.
Practical coaching for agents.
You maintain a high standard of professionalism.
5. Real estate project coordination
You keep in touch with developers, check prices, offers, materials, announcements.
You oversee the implementation of the sales strategy for exclusive projects.

Real experience in team management (minimum 3 years).

Works great with CRM, KPIs, reports.
