Call Center Director (800 euros + % of sales)
At Connect Imobil we are looking for a Call Center Director to take control of leads and turn interest into real transactions.
It is not a classic operator or supervisor role.
It is a key position, directly responsible for results and profit.
You will organize and lead the Call Center team
You will ensure the rapid capture of all leads (max. 15 minutes)
You will increase conversion: lead → presentation → deposit
You will control discipline in CRM (notes, tasks, follow-up)
You will implement and optimize communication scripts
You will recover leads lost or unprocessed by agents
You will collaborate directly with the sales team
You will analyze performance daily and come up with optimization solutions
Complete with the actual control part:
You will listen and evaluate calls daily (QA call center)
You will implement a communication quality verification system (score per call)
You will monitor response time, missed calls and their recovery
You will verify compliance with the scripts and the qualification process
You will create and track daily/weekly reports (leads, presentations, deposits)
You will intervene directly when blockages occur (agent / operator / CRM)
What are we looking for?
Experience in sales or call center
Management experience (major advantage)
CRM experience
Results-oriented thinking (not just activity)
Good organizational and control skills
Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian
Ability to impose rules and lead a team
