Analyze business processes and customer needs; Gather and agree requirements with functional customers; Develop terms of reference and functional specifications; Describe data flows; Create functional specifications for solutions; Model processes in BPMN notation related to the area of automation; Participate in pre-sales processes: questionnaires, specifications, technical proposals, work with the development team; Form a backlog.

Relevant experience in a Senior Business Analyst role is essential. Experience of managing large projects. Analytical mindset, problem-solving capability. Ability to modify processes. Knowledge of how to prioritize requirements, frameworks. Clearly explain complex processes verbally and in writing. Good abilities to document and write business solutions in English and Romanian languages.
