• Development of project plans, setting deadlines, and defining budgets;

• Coordinating project teams and resources;

• Monitoring progress and ensuring achievement of established milestones;

• Identifying and managing risks;

• Keeping stakeholders constantly informed about the status and outcomes of projects;

• Collaborating with various departments to maintain alignment with the company's strategy and priorities;

• Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• At least 1 year of experience in project management;

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Creativity and problem-solving ability;

• Solid language skills in Romanian, Russian, and English.
