Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve departmental goals;
Overseeing and coordinating the team of real estate agents, ensuring effective communication and supporting the professional development of team members;
Analyzing the real estate market, identifying trends and opportunities;
Ensuring the continuous development of the sales team’s skills through providing training, coaching, and feedback;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key partners, developing and sustaining a network of contacts to foster business opportunities;
Providing periodic sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
Higher education in business, marketing, or a relevant field;
Significant experience in sales;
Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management;
Excellent negotiation skills and results-oriented;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Fluent in Romanian and Russian;
Very good PC skills;
Driver's license, category B;
Personal vehicle.
