Job description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve departmental goals;

  • Overseeing and coordinating the team of real estate agents, ensuring effective communication and supporting the professional development of team members;

  • Analyzing the real estate market, identifying trends and opportunities;

  • Ensuring the continuous development of the sales team’s skills through providing training, coaching, and feedback;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key partners, developing and sustaining a network of contacts to foster business opportunities;

  • Providing periodic sales performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Higher education in business, marketing, or a relevant field;

  • Significant experience in sales;

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management;

  • Excellent negotiation skills and results-oriented;

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Fluent in Romanian and Russian;

  • Very good PC skills;

  • Driver's license, category B;

  • Personal vehicle.
