We're Hiring - Branch Manager at a Vocal School, responsible for the efficient coordination and management of the branch's operational and administrative activities of the Vocal School, ensuring the quality of educational services and customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination:
Oversees and manages the daily activities of the branch in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Singing School.
Ensures adherence to quality standards in the delivery of singing courses and other educational activities carried out at the branch.
Staff Management:
Collaborates with branch staff to ensure they are properly trained and motivated to achieve the set objectives.
Supervises the team's activity and provides regular guidance and feedback for the professional development of employees.
Financial Management:
Responsible for achieving financial targets and for the appropriate reporting of outcomes.
Customer Relations and Marketing:
Maintains positive relationships with clients and school partners, ensuring their expectations are met.
Contributes to the marketing and promotional strategies of the branch, involving themselves in attracting new students and increasing participant numbers in activities.
Administration and Reporting:
Completes and presents periodic reports to the school's central management, highlighting branch performance and progress made.
Advanced studies in the field of education, management, or a relevant discipline.
Previous experience in leading or coordinating an educational or similar organizational institution is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of financial administration and budgeting.
