Job description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating the activity of the sales department;

  • Monitoring the achievement of objectives and KPIs;

  • Sales pipeline and CRM system management;

  • Control of receivables and customer payments;

  • Participation in negotiations and meetings with strategic clients;

  • Support and mentoring for sales managers;

  • Verification of commercial offers and collaboration conditions;

  • Coordination of activity with the warehouse, logistics and technical department;

  • Monitoring inventories and collaborating with the purchasing department.

  • Identification and development of new projects and strategic clients;

  • Building long-term relationships with business partners;

  • Market analysis, competition and new construction projects;

  • Development of sales channels;

  • Consolidation of project sales;

  • Implementation of analysis and reporting processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating a sales team;

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or technical field;

  • Experience in negotiating contracts with large clients;

  • Strategic thinking and results orientation;

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;

  • Experience working with CRM systems;

  • Stress resistance and organizational capacity;

  • Mandatory knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Knowledge of English for business communication is an advantage.

  • Experience in collaborating with construction sites and projects;

  • Experience working with real estate distributors and developers;

  • Technical or engineering studies;

  • Knowledge of the construction market in the Republic of Moldova.
