Processing service requests from clients for travel-related services, both online and in person at the agency's office.
Offering and tailoring travel deals to meet the requirements and preferences of clients.
Conducting regular follow-ups with clients using the established sales script to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Requesting and managing the necessary documentation for completing bookings and contracts.
Monitoring each client's activity within the CRM system.
Identifying and promoting additional services to increase the average value of transactions.
Participating in management meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.
Relevant previous experience in the tourism industry or in a similar position.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and loyalty among VIP clients.
A strong customer orientation and a desire to provide the highest quality and personalized services.
Strong motivation and ability to achieve sales goals and targets.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and to solve problems quickly and effectively.
An eagerness to develop in the tourism sector and to remain loyal to the company.
Solid PC operating knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Availability for a flexible work schedule, including outside regular office hours.

Attractive salary, ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 lei, plus a sales commission.
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 19:00; Saturdays according to the schedule (1-2 Saturdays per month, from 10:00 to 17:00).
Location: Chișinău, Central.
