Reservations and Operations: Use of reservation systems for flights, accommodations, travel insurance and transfers.

Customer Support: Maintaining contact with tourists from the first request until their return home.

Sales: Preparing commercial offers and completing sales through contracting and collection.

Experience in a similar position in a travel agency is a major advantage.

Language skills: Excellent knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English at conversational/technical level.

Technical skills: Easy computer operation and, ideally, knowledge of reservation systems (GDS, B2B platforms).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, punctuality and increased attention to detail.
