What we expect from you (mandatory conditions):

· Knowledge of at least one of the destinations: Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt;

· Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian, written and spoken;

· Good communication skills and customer orientation;

· Knowledge about tourist destinations;

· Experience in using MS Office, AMOCRM and social networks;

• Communication with customers and negotiation with partners ;

• Selection and personalization of tourist offers;

• Reservations and payment monitoring, Ability to work with computer systems and online booking platforms ;

• Customer support throughout the entire trip, Responsibility and attention to detail in managing customer documents and information

Salary of 1 MDL/month. Employment within the company NIKA TUR, a travel agency with experience in organizing exclusive holidays.
