Guest accommodation according to the booking calendar
Updating the calendar based on new bookings
Ensuring presence at the reception and providing necessary support to guests during their stay
Payment processing and receipt recording
Coordinating requests with the team
Performing other office management tasks.
Requirements
Secondary or higher education (tourism/administration studies are an advantage)
Experience in the field or in a similar position – advantage
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian (English – an advantage)
Good communication and guest relations skills
PC operating knowledge
Responsibility, organization and attention to detail
Neat appearance and professional attitude.
