Your role
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the accounting department , responsible for the team's performance and our customer experience:
Lead and inspire the team of accountants (senior and junior)
Ensure the delivery of accounting services to FORVIS MAZARS standards
You manage a diverse portfolio of local and international clients
You are a trusted partner for customers, providing clarity and solutions
Optimize processes, implement best practices and support digitalization
Actively contribute to the strategic development of outsourcing services
What are we looking for?
A professional with solid experience in accounting and leadership
Relevant experience in outsourcing / consulting (major advantage)
Excellent organizational, communication and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Mentality oriented towards quality, efficiency and long-term relationships
Knowledge of Romanian (mandatory); Russian and/or English – an advantage
