Your role

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the accounting department , responsible for the team's performance and our customer experience:

• Lead and inspire the team of accountants (senior and junior)

• Ensure the delivery of accounting services to FORVIS MAZARS standards

• You manage a diverse portfolio of local and international clients

• You are a trusted partner for customers, providing clarity and solutions

• Optimize processes, implement best practices and support digitalization

• Actively contribute to the strategic development of outsourcing services

What are we looking for?

• A professional with solid experience in accounting and leadership

• Relevant experience in outsourcing / consulting (major advantage)

• Excellent organizational, communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

• Mentality oriented towards quality, efficiency and long-term relationships

• Knowledge of Romanian (mandatory); Russian and/or English – an advantage
