Job description

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating the sales team's activity;

  • Market, competition and commercial performance indicator analysis;

  • Setting sales objectives and plans, controlling their achievement;

  • Development and application of sales staff motivation systems;

  • Negotiating and maintaining relationships with key partners and customers;

  • Monitoring compliance with commercial policies and company interests.

Requirements

  • Higher education;

  • Analytical thinking;

  • Mandatory experience in sales;

  • Strong PC skills (MS Office);

  • Energy, active spirit and ability to make quick decisions;

  • Responsibility;

  • Desire to work, earn well, grow and develop professionally;

  • Respecting the interests of the company;

  • Persuasion skills;

  • Ability to plan one's work day, make decisions and ensure that they are implemented;

  • Ability to develop plans, control their implementation and convince subordinates of the correctness of the established directions;

  • Ability to apply and implement motivational forms of remuneration in the sales structure;

  • Ability to work in a team;

  • Stress resistance;

  • Effective communication.
