Requirements
Higher education in the economic and financial field;
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience;
Knowledge of French and English – minimum level B1;
Advanced leadership, communication and decision-making skills;
Strategic capacity for analysis, organization and optimization of processes;
Orientation towards performance, results and achieving financial objectives;
Experience in team development, coaching and performance management;
Proactivity, adaptability and business-oriented vision and continuous improvement.
