Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates financial and administrative activity, ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and team performance.

  • Analyze results and implement optimization solutions.

  • Ensures compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

  • Develop teams through coaching, feedback and performance management.

  • Supports collaboration between teams and locations, effectively managing critical situations.

Requirements

  • Higher education in the economic and financial field;

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience;

  • Knowledge of French and English – minimum level B1;

  • Advanced leadership, communication and decision-making skills;

  • Strategic capacity for analysis, organization and optimization of processes;

  • Orientation towards performance, results and achieving financial objectives;

  • Experience in team development, coaching and performance management;

  • Proactivity, adaptability and business-oriented vision and continuous improvement.
