Active client search (lead generation);
Consulting clients on the company's services and products;
Distribution of clients and leads according to internal rules;
Managing incoming requests (phone, chat, Viber, Facebook);
Using modern lead generation tools (AI, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.).
Fluent oral and written communication in Russian and Romanian - mandatory;
Customer interaction skills;
Knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, GPT, AI;
Responsibility, stress resistance;
Prior experience with CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and 1C – is an advantage;
Experience in a similar field – is an advantage.
