Job description

Responsibilities

  • Active client search (lead generation);

  • Consulting clients on the company's services and products;

  • Distribution of clients and leads according to internal rules;

  • Managing incoming requests (phone, chat, Viber, Facebook);

  • Using modern lead generation tools (AI, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.).

Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written communication in Russian and Romanian - mandatory;

  • Customer interaction skills;

  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, GPT, AI;

  • Responsibility, stress resistance;

  • Prior experience with CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and 1C – is an advantage;

  • Experience in a similar field – is an advantage.
