The American Language Center (ALC) is expanding its team and is looking for a B2B Sales and Business Development Manager . With over 25 years of experience as a leading provider of English language teaching in the Republic of Moldova, American Language Center (ALC) offers general English courses, preparation for international exams, Romanian and Russian language courses for non-native speakers, corporate training, as well as specialized English language programs tailored to different professional fields, reflecting its commitment to quality, professionalism and adaptability.
Identifying and attracting new customers;
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential corporate clients;
Preparation and presentation of commercial offers;
Presentation of ALC's training and professional development services and negotiation of commercial terms;
Negotiation and conclusion of sales contracts;
Conducting customer visits and participating in business meetings;
Contribution to expanding ALC's corporate client portfolio and developing long-term partnerships.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in a customer-oriented service environment;
Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role;
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed established sales goals;
Solid skills in managing relationships with key customers and developing new business opportunities;
Fluent knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English;
Very good communication, presentation and relationship skills, as well as confidence in direct interactions with customers;
Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations, commercial offers and business correspondence in written form;
Organized, proactive, responsible and results-oriented person;
Availability for local travel for client meetings.
